New standards of magic
When you book a project with Femmes Régionales the plan is to make magic together. But even magic can have a downside.
Below is a new set of standards we will implement to all projects to ensure that the prize our environment will pay isn’t too high.
This demands something new from us but also from our clients. If you as a client promise to honor the responsibility of what you bring into this world. We promise to tirelessly look for new ways and ideas to make greener production magic. Together we can make a difference.
Our standards are a work in progress and we continue to work on new ways to reduce our impact further. Watch this space.
NEW PROJECT STANDARDS
MATERIALS
NO SINGLE USE PLASTIC
At Femmes Régionales we don’t use single use plastic in our projects. If there is no other way around single use items we find alternatives with less environmental impact.
PROJECT AFTER LIFE
Some projects last only a day. It can be hard to do a show scenography with no waste. Therefore we have build a network of art schools and other institutions that will be happy to put materials to use and give them a meaningful after life.
VEGETARIAN AND/OR ECOLOGIC CATERING
All catering in our projects are ecological and when possible vegetarian.
MATERIALS
We continue to expand our archiveof materials with less environmental impact. And these types of materials will always be favored in our projects. When printing all paper qualities must be FSC paper. We think about how things we produce can last longer, be revamped, reused and responsibly recycled.

We eat vegetarian for lunch and our kitchen is ecological. We know which take away places offer the most responsible packaging for when we are in need of a special treat.
We are working on eliminating paper presentations and go digital whenever possible.
We have turned our office and kitchen supplies inside out to find the greenest options for everything.
We sort our trash although this service is not yet provided by the county and have it picked up by a private trash service who specialize in turning trash into resources.
